The security deposit is not showing on G/L report , yet it does show on the Receivable Report and the Security Deposit Report.

Reason:

If a security deposit is entered through the Historical Security Deposit window, it will not show on the G/L report in the Security bank account, or in the Security Liability account. 

The Historical Security Deposit Window only updates the Tenant Window to show there is a security deposit, but does not update any cash balances in the General Ledger.

Any deposit received after all accounts are setup should be entered in the payment entry window.  That will update the Tenant Window to show they have a security deposit and will also update the cash balances in the General Ledger.
