Transaction Source Codes

Answer / Solution

The Property Manager EDGE system stamps a transaction code on every General Ledger Transaction that tags what process created that transaction.  The transaction source code will print on several reports.  The Tenant Ledger Report, General Ledger Report (detail version),  General Ledger Audit Report, Adjustment Journal Report (detail version), Payable Report (detail version) and the Receivables Report (detail version).

A - Adjust Charges Window

B - Payment Backout Window (from Payment Entry Window)

C - Add a Charge Window

D - Deposit Refund Process

E - Historical G/L Window

F - Bank Rec - Add Fees/Interest  Window

G - Gross Sales Entry Window

H - Historical Tenant Security Deposit Window

I  - Date Import Process or DOS Conversion Import Process

J - Adjustment Journal Window

K - Check Printing Process

L - COA Opening Balance Entry Window

M - Management Fees Check Calculation Process
