How to print Delinquent Notices for credit balance tenants.  (Prepaid Tenants).

SOLUTION:

You can force the system to print Delinquent Notices for Credit Balance Tenants (Prepaid Tenants).

1. Bring up the Delinquent Balance Notice Window.

2. There is a field called the "Lowest Amt" used to filter out Tenants that owe more than the lowest amount to print for.  You can put a negative number in that field like -5000.00.  That will force the system to print notices for Tenants that have a credit balance.

Note: You may want to print INVOICES instead.  Invoices will include any past due balances and also include credit balances.
