| Cannot Update Cursor |
| Answer / Solution |
You may get this message during an upgrade, running a workstation install or while trying to log in. SOLUTION: This is a message that we receive when the user does not have full read/write access to certain files. The common causes are: 1) User was not given read/write access to the program folders. To determine if this is the case log in as the Administrator and try again. If it works as the Administrator then you need to give proper rights on the server to the user. 2) Often when restoring from a CD backup or other write-once type media all of the files will get marked as read-only. Make sure all the files to our program are not marked as read only.
